Intolerance testing
Understand what your body is reacting to
Some foods, additives and environmental triggers can place stress on your digestive and immune systems, leaving you feeling bloated, tired or inflamed. Our intolerance testing helps you identify what may be contributing to these symptoms so you can move toward clearer, more comfortable digestion.

What we assess
This non invasive test looks at your body’s response to a wide range of common foods and everyday substances.
It can help highlight what may be contributing to ongoing symptoms.
- bloating or digestive discomfort
- skin flare ups
- congestion or sinus irritation
- headaches or concentration issues
- low or fluctuating energy
Why it helps
For many people, symptoms linger even when routine blood tests appear normal.
By identifying potential food or environmental stresses, you can make small informed changes that support steadier digestion and more consistent energy, without restrictive diets or guesswork.
What to expect
Your intolerance testing appointment is gentle and non invasive.
There is no fasting or special preparation required.
During your session we:
- complete the intolerance test
- explain your results in clear, simple language
- highlight foods or substances that may be placing stress on your system
- offer personalised dietary guidance and support while your symptoms settle
You leave with a simple plan and practical steps you can begin straight away.
Your 3-step pathway with intolerance testing
Step 1: understand what your body is reacting to
Your session begins with a gentle intolerance test. Peter looks at your body’s response to a wide range of foods and everyday substances, helping you pinpoint what may be contributing to bloating, low energy or digestive discomfort.
Step 2: Reduce the digestive load
With your results explained clearly, Peter helps you remove the foods that may be triggering symptoms.
This step is designed to give your gut breathing room so you feel more settled, comfortable and energised.
Step 3: Rebuild your resilience
As symptoms begin to ease, we support the deeper work.
This may include restoring the microbiome, calming the nervous system, strengthening digestion and helping you return to a nourishing, balanced way of eating long term.
